Payments:
I accept Paypal and Epassporte, and all major credit cards (via Paypal). I require a 50% deposit on all placed orders. This is to secure your spot with me. Upon completion of your text or web design project, the remaining 50% will have to paid in full prior to delivery of your order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at anytime.
Edits/Re-writes:
If you are not fully satisfied with my work, I will do a one time only edit at no cost to you. If you require significant changes, you will be charged for my services. When starting a project, I always try my best to make sure that we are both on 'the same page' to avoid any mistakes on my part. So please do your part and let me know every detail that you possibly can about what you want done.
Refunds:
Due to my work being in high demand, I schedule projects way in advance. Your 50% downpayment is to secure your spot with me, as well as securing my spot for your paid work. If for some reason you can not or choose not to have your project completed, your 50% downpayment will *not* be refunded for the only reason being that I had to turn down orders for your scheduled project. However, if you paid in full at the time of placing your order, I will send you 50% of your payment back. I will try to work with you to get you as much of your money back as possible, but do understand that you are paying for not only my service, but also for my time regardless if your project is done or not.
